After the scorcher yesterday, we elected to start earlier and shorten the mileage by ten miles and that resulted in a great ride for everyone.Traffic on the Trace was heavier around Jackson as we rode further north.

The egrets were everywhere but the gators were deep in Cypress Swamp.
